RIFL (Reuse It For Learning) Cards-
Having a RIFL Card associates you with Eco Treasures. Associates will receive discounts on materials and on entrance fees to future events.
In addition, associates will have access to free materials when available at the Eco Treasures marketplace. A RIFL card costs $25.00 if purchased in 2016 and will be $35.00 in 2017. The RIFL card is good for one year from the date of purchase.

Treasure Boxes-
Treasure Boxes are provided to Eco Treasure associates on a monthly or bi-monthly basis and are supplied to a classroom or family child care home with an assortment of materials and idea cards for use with children.  These boxes are truly a treasure because they are always filled with new materials at a nominal cost. Treasure boxes can also be purchased at our marketplace.

Our marketplace is full of clean reusable materials and nature items that teachers and others can come in and purchase at very affordable prices.  Specific hours for shopping are posted on our HOURS page.

Educator Workshops-
Professional Development workshops are offered at our site and usually last about 1-2 hours. Specific topics about how Eco Treasures materials can be used will be explored.  Topics may include creative art, building in the 21st Century, making the best use of loose parts, ways to rev up science, technology, engineering and math in your classroom and so many others.

We can also provide professional development at your site.  These workshops are custom tailored for the particular needs of your program using items from our marketplace.  Maybe you need ideas for exploring the domains and measures of the Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP 2015) or how to create an exciting block center on a shoestring budget. We can help!

Where teachers go for inspiration and materials!

Learning Parties-
A learning party is a smaller more intimate event designed for business owners such as family child care providers or early childhood program directors. It provides leaders with the opportunity to talk about specific curriculum and training issues related to their programs.   Learning party topics may include setting up the classroom environment with loose parts, teacher development or documenting children’s learning.   Learning parties will include beverages and hors d’oeuvres, a marketplace tour, hands-on learning activities with loose parts, and reflection.  It is our goal to motivate participants through active engagement with materials and ideas that can be used in their day-to-day lives. If you are interested in participating in a learning party please email your request from our CONTACT page.
